EACH OF YOU is hereby notified that the above named lienor claims a lien pursuant to S.713.585, Florida Statutes on the above described motor vehicle for repair and storage charges accrued in the amount of [lien.lien_amount]. NOTICE THAT THE OWNER of the motor vehicle has a right to recover possession of the motor vehicle without instituting judicial proceedings by posting a bond in accordance with the provisions of Florida Statute 559.917.
NOTICE THAT ANY PROCEEDS from the sale of the motor vehicle remaining after payment of the amount claimed to be due and owing to the Lienor will be deposited with the Clerk of the Circuit Court for disposition upon court order pursuant to subsection (6) of Florida Statute 713.585.
